On New Years day at the start of the pandemic in 2021, Abraham responded to my call to repair the furnace at my home in Oshawa. He was very professional and was able to secure the required part in Markham although it was a public holiday. Then in Septembr 2023, he replaced my old furnace which was more than ten years old. Amazing service! We noticed our gas water heater was leaking on a Sunday morning. We called Abraham and he said he could be out with in half an hour. He arrived earlier than expected, and was so kind and professional. He was able to sort out the issue and saved us from having to buy a whole new tank! I cannot recommend him enough…he made a stressful situation a LOT easier to deal with.

Abraham was a life saver! Our hot water tank blew up and flooded our basement on New Year’s eve day.
Abraham made a special trip to find us a new gas heated hot water tank, come out to replace same day and install a new tank. Abraham was very efficient, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We thought for sure since it was New Years eve that we would be paying an arm and a leg. But honestly the value for the work done for us was amazing. The price was more than reasonable and well worth it. I don’t often take the time to provide feedback, but in this case, it’s well warranted. We can’t thank Abraham enough!
